- If there’s 24 hours or less left for the Scheduled Flight departure – the reissue must be made or the refund request must be submitted within 30 minutes of the completion of the original purchase;
- If there are 24 hours to 72 hours left for the Scheduled Flight departure – the reissue must be made or the refund request must be submitted within 60 minutes of the completion of the original purchase;
- More than 72 hours left for the Scheduled Flight departure – the reissue must be made or the refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the completion of the original purchase.
Steps on How to Cancel Reservation on Pegasus Airlines
If you bought your ticket from the Pegasus Website, Pegasus Mobile Applications, Pegasus Call Center or Airport Ticket Sales Offices, you can process your reissue and refund transactions online.
Step 1: Visit their Official Website.
Step 2: Select the “Manage my Booking” button.
Step 3: Enter your surname and reservation number (PNR).
Step 4: Choose the flight you want to cancel.
