Why Staying in a Luxury Apartment in Shoreditch, London is a must! @gonativeltd
“It’s good to be back in London.”
That’s what I had in mind after traveling 17 cities for our European Honeymoon trip. Don’t get me wrong, ok? I loved our adventure. But doing short trips per country can be quite exhausting. So when it was time to go back to London, I couldn’t help myself but get excited. And knowing that an awesome apartment in Shoreditch was waiting for us, it made me even more thrilled to go back.
If you must know, Jonathan loves to stay in apartments and I couldn’t blame him. It gives the comfort similar to what hotels offer. Plus, the spaces are generally larger.
Now, if you are planning to visit London, we recommend that you stay in a luxurious apartment by Go Native Shoreditch. I’ll give you the reasons why it is a must.

Because the location is perfect for travelers
It is situated at 148 Commercial Street, Tower Hamlets, London which I must say is perfect for travelers. The apartment was just a 2 – minute walk from the Shoreditch station. You also have a number of restaurants to choose from so you will never starve regardless if you crave for something delicious late at night.
Just so you know, Shoreditch is known to be a party place in London. Getting bored in here is never an option. In addition, you get to see a number of street arts or graffiti which will make your stay even more interesting. I’m sure you would be taking tons of photos or selfies, as our generation puts it.
Because it really feels like home
Obviously, I love to travel. But at the end of the day, I would still want to have a place to call my home. You know – a place where you can relax at your own bed or a couch where you can forget about problems and your stress. Such place is quite hard to find when you are traveling. Luckily, Go Native Shoreditch gave that homey feeling. The apartment was clean and definitely well – maintained. All I can say was, we were in good hands!
The space is huge and it is well – equipped with all the necessities a traditional home has.
- Bedrooms
Our unit has 2 bedrooms which is ideal for multiple guests. The beds are comfortable as well. They have other apartments available depending on your needs.
- Living Area
If you want to invite friends over, you can easily accommodate them in your apartment. The living area is spacious and is perfect to have some deep conversation over wine. Now you know why I keep on inviting guests while I was doing my live video.
- Bathroom
Goodness! I love their bathroom, most especially the shower head. You know the rain – type ones, right? It feels so great dancing in the rain, and at least I won’t embarrass myself while doing so in the shower. I would love to get one for my own house. While I am still working on our budget, I will just enjoy what our apartment has to offer.
- Kitchen
Frankly speaking, I don’t really think you will use the kitchen that much given that Shoreditch has a lot of food places nearby. But if you plan to stay for a longer period of time, it is advisable to just cook your own food. And yes, my favorite dishwasher is readily installed in the apartment.
- Dining Area
Our dining area became a workstation. Nevertheless, you can whip something great in the kitchen and have a lovely dinner date in your own apartment.
- Washing Area
Thank heavens for the washing area! We badly need that after our long trip. It saves laundry cost as well.
- Balcony
I love balconies because you get to have a breath of fresh air.
- Wi – Fi
At first, we were having troubles with our internet connection. But when I came back from the embassy, it was already fixed. In fact, it was fast! This is what you need if you have to be connected online.
Just a quick story, I was a bit sad after going to the embassy because I was not able to file my passport. Thus, I was looking forward to go back to our apartment and rest! Maybe I can write something about my experience too.
Because you get to meet locals
When you live in an apartment, there’s a huge chance that you will meet locals or long staying guests. What’s the fun part about it? These people will help you adjust easily. They are usually helpful when you ask for tips and suggestions on what to do in the area. Why not become extra nice and invite them over if possible?
In Go Native Shoreditch, you get to experience meeting locals. In fact, I was able to meet a kind neighbor while I was doing my live video. An instant friend in a matter of minutes – seconds even!
Because luxurious apartments are cheaper than hotels
And what’s the best part about staying in a luxurious apartment in Shoreditch? You get to experience a lot of great things in London for a fraction of the cost. I couldn’t help but compare the size of our apartment with the hotel rooms that we have been into. I thought, if we get rooms similar to the size of our apartment, then it would definitely eat a lot from our travel budget. We all know London is quite an expensive place to go to, right? So, if you can look for ways to cut down on some costs, then so be it.
Looking back at our lovely Go Native Shoreditch apartment, I have now an idea of what I want to acquire when I settle down. But don’t worry folks, it will still be several years from now because Jon and I will still travel, or sail the world together! Yes, he’s living his dream so watch out for it.
Note: We were received as guests of Go Native Shoreditch. However, all words and opinions are my own.
David’s apartment is excellent. Great location in Shoreditch which has plenty nearby. The apartment was exactly as expected and was a perfect base for our trip. It is a little noisy with a pub nearby and single glazed Windows, however the bedroom is located at the rear which drowns out most of the noise. David’s communication was excellent and the ease of access on arrival ideal. He added a personal touch for our special trip which I truly thank him for! It’s a comfy bed and a decent bathroom. Kitchen and living room clean and plenty of tech to keep you entertained before going out! Highly recommended. Cheers very much David! Jim
