For the first few legs of our visit in Argentina, we stayed in hotels far from the hustle and bustle of the city. But on our last days, we stayed in Buenos Aires. This is the country’s cosmopolitan city where you can see so much diversity. Thus, one shouldn’t miss this when visiting Argentina.

Buenos Aires isn’t your usual concrete jungle. If you try to look at the architecture at some of their buildings, you would be amazed at how intricate these are. Plus, you still get to feel that Latin vibe which is undeniably sexy. I say, Buenos Aires is also a good choice if you are on a honeymoon. Perhaps, you can learn some sultry dance while in here.

While in the city, we were so lucky because we stayed in PanAmericano Hotel where you can have the best rooftop view in Buenos Aires. Let me tell you more about our fantastic hotel which wrapped our Argentinian adventure the best possible way.

There are different types of rooms to choose from.

o Regency – This is an Italian inspired room with warm colors, making your stay relaxing. They have a room with a King size bed or two single beds. But of course, if you are on a honeymoon, you know what to choose!

o City View not– I would recommend this room if you want to enjoy the view of the city. It is luxuriously relaxing, perfect if you will spend most of your day experiencing what Buenos Aires has to offer.

o Studio Suites – If you are looking for a massive space, then this would be your best bet. You can invite friends where they could comfortably relax as well.

o Upper City View – Another type of accommodation where you can marvel at Buenos Aires city view. With the balcony, you are sure to get a relaxing view of the city.

o Upper Suites – A very elegant and spacious suite that will pass anyone’s luxurious taste.

Room includes two storeys, spacious balcony overlooking the city, two rooms, two bathrooms, king size bed, one innovative mirror, TV, air – conditioning, table and chairs for eight people, Nespresso, phones, buffet breakfast, heated swimming pool, sauna, gym, free laundry, valet parking

The Food

There are three different culinary spaces in PanAmericano that will surely satisfy your taste buds.

o La Luciernaga – This is known to be one of the most traditional restaurants in the city. In here you can taste Mediterranean and Argentine cuisine. You can definitely enjoy the variety of cold and hot dishes. And don’t forget about their salad and desserts.

o Celtic Pub not- This is an Irish bar recommended if you want to end your night the best way possible. Listen to great music and find new friends.

o Tomo 1 – If you want to taste the best food in the city, or the country – you better head to Tomo 1. It is a member of the Fifty Best LATAM, granted by a prestigious English magazine, Restaurant. You will never go wrong with this, most especially under the watch of Chef Federico Cialayre.

The Facility

• Spa – Treat yourself with some amazing spa treatment.
• Rooftop Pool – Why don’t you take a dip and enjoy the city view from the rooftop pool.

• Gym – With the amazing food and delicacies you can eat from the in – house restaurants, you definitely need to burn some calories. Head to the gym and get fit.

• Golf Green Club – Play golf in different parts of the world while in Buenos Aires. You can do that with the hotel’s simulator.

• Meeting Rooms – It doesn’t matter if you need a small, medium or large rooms for your meetings and conferences. PanAmericano has everything for you.

Here are some things you can do while in Buenos Aires.

• Learn how to dance the tango – Wouldn’t it be a great experience to learn some traditional dances when in Buenos Aires? I’m sure you are going to have a lot of fun! This is a nice honeymoon activity if you ask me. Jonathan and I booked our dinner and tango class experience with Tinggly.com

• Visit Teatro Colon – This is the main opera house in Buenos Aires and is ranked as the 3rd best in the world.

• Take a look at the Plaza de Mayo – This plaza has been the hub of political life in Argentina.

• Don’t miss Plaza de la Republica – The name of the plaza came from a church that was once in the plaza’s location.

• See the awesome neighborhood of Palermo – Visit the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires.

• Discover San Telmo – Check out the oldest neighborhood in town. It is well – preserved, and you are sure to see historic architecture.

• Learn how to cook empanada – I know this might sound weird, but I would really suggest that you learn how to cook empanada while in Buenos Aires. Jon did, and it was a unique adventure. We have to thank The Argentine Experience for letting us have it. It was one of the most memorable things we did in Argentina.
