Thank you for sharing your tips in applying for a Montenegro Visa. My wife and I still have a valid Japanese visa until April 2023, so do we still need to apply a Montenegro visa if we plan to visit the country this November?
What is the procedure when we arrive at the immigration area in the airport? We just need to present the Japanese visa? Travel insurance? Hotel Bookings?
If they allow us entry using the Japanese visa, can we visit Dubrovnik for a day tour, coming from Montenegro?

Do you have a multiple entry Japan Visa? If yes, you can go there visa-free for 30 days. You'll just need hotel bookings, return ticket, and a PCR Test.

If that's a multiple-entry-visa or a resident permit, then you can. Just present the visa, have bookings, and check the restriction requirements like pcr test, etc.

Yes, you can book a flight to Montenegro. You will also need travel insurance, PCR Test, etc. to pass the Philippine Immigration.
