Hi, I have booked 3 tickets to travel to UK on 13 July 2020 back on 25 July 2020 ie TK3725098/3725086/3725077. Due to covid, we are not permitted to travel thus have changed to open tickets and supposed to utilize the tickets before 31/12/2021. Since there is still ongoing covid, reluctant to fly this year. Wish to enquire whether the tickets can be extended until December 2022 or can still use the tickets for certain fees. Try to contact local agent phone number but only voice notes. Can you pls help. hi, my flight was cancelled with Turkish air by Turkish airline on march 2020 two days before flying. we received voucher valid till 31/12/2021. due to on going covid 19, i am reluctant to fly. how do i get full refund?

It's better if you contact the Turkish airlines. usually, the agency will refund you if you booked with them and not directly through Turkish Airlines.

Good day please I have a similar problem. My ticket was cancelled since match 2020 but my agency said portal for refund is not opened. Please I will like to know if the portal is open and how can I go for the refund. Pls contact me with this number send me a message xx or email thanks God bless.
